I've always been super intrigued by AI's ability to handle imagery… and couldn't help myself when I noticed a trend online that had me smiling. Folks were feeding Chat GPT an image of themselves, and simply asking it to "turn me into a dog" or "turn me into a cat". Obviously I had to try it out.
I decided to test four of the most popular AI tools: Chat GPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok to see how the images would compare. The resulting images elicited reactions ranging from "huh, cute I guess" to "dear god no". Please enjoy,
